LHDN e-Invoice (MyInvois) for Malaysian clinics

LHDN's e-Invoice rollout means clinics need a way to issue MyInvois-compliant invoices without adding hours of admin. MedXOne submits e-Invoices to LHDN MyInvois for you — either a personal e-Invoice when a patient requests one, or a single consolidated monthly document for everyday walk-ins — straight from the billing screen you already use.

How e-Invoicing works in MedXOne

1. Enter your clinic tax details once

Add your TIN, business registration number, MSIC code and registered address in Settings. This is a one-time setup used on every e-Invoice.

2. Send per-receipt e-Invoices on request

When a patient asks for a personal e-Invoice (for example, for medical tax relief), the cashier submits it from the paid bill with the patient’s NRIC or passport — no separate system.

3. Submit one consolidated document each month

For the walk-in receipts that were not individually requested, MedXOne prepares a single consolidated monthly e-Invoice (buyer “General Public”), so you are not issuing one per visit.

4. Track status and print the QR

LHDN validates asynchronously; MedXOne shows each document’s status and, once validated, prints a MyInvois verification QR on the receipt.

Does MedXOne support LHDN e-Invoice for clinics?

Yes. MedXOne submits e-Invoices to LHDN MyInvois on your clinic’s behalf. You can send a personal e-Invoice for a patient who requests one, or submit a single consolidated monthly document covering the walk-in receipts that were not individually requested.

What is a consolidated e-Invoice?

Most clinic patients are members of the public who do not ask for a personal e-Invoice. LHDN lets you combine those receipts into one consolidated e-Invoice per month instead of issuing one per visit. MedXOne prepares this monthly document for you with one line per receipt.

Does the receipt show a verification QR?

Yes. Once an e-Invoice is validated by LHDN, MedXOne prints a MyInvois verification QR on the A4 receipt so the patient can verify it on the official portal.

What do I need to set up?

Your clinic’s tax details (TIN, business registration number, MSIC code and address) are entered once in Settings. After that, sending an e-Invoice from a paid bill is a click, and the monthly consolidated document is prepared from your paid bills.
